Couple of little things

A couple of things about the wiki site:

The Dead-End page lists pages which are redirects,
e.g. Fps which is just a redirect to FPS and thus not
a deadend.

Indendation of text in sub-sections is not aligned
with indent level of the header, but bullet lists are
indented to the header level? example:
<wiki>
==Header==
This is not indedented
===Sub section===
Shouldn't this be indented?
===Another section===
*While lists are indentend
</wiki>

Another annoyance is the character encoding, the site
is ISO-8895-1? Wouldn't it be nice for international
users to convert it to UTF-8? Or at least ISO-8895-15
so we have the euro :)

I'm quite partial to UTF-8 myself.

Not sure how complicated converting everything would be and how much
downtime it'd require, though. I'll let the technical guys get back to
you on this one.

Let me look into what would be involved in doing this.
