Argument about navigation structure has been raging for a while now,
maybe as a compromise the "what links here" function could be moved to
the browse section of the sidebar above Recent Changes. This making it
more obvious to a user, and plus it is an essential browsing tool after all

While I think "Context" is an appropriate place for it, I would be
happy to move it to Browse if people consider this an acceptable
compromise that will let the issue rest moving forward.
